Do I need to pay for an AI app?
The four Starter Helper packs only use the basic chat in Grok, Gemini or ChatGPT, with no agent features or add-ons. Just pick the app you like. Each app sets its own plans and daily limits, and those can change, so check its pricing page. Your helper only needs about 10 minutes a week. Heads up: the agent features that go do tasks for you are paid extras. That includes Grok Bot, Gemini's agent tools, and ChatGPT's agent mode. Grok Bot is a separate paid app that starts at the $30/month Premium plan of the X Subscription (Grok Bot's plan and X Premium are the same subscription, not two costs). It isn't part of the lower plans, including the $8/month Plus plan. Gemini Agent needs Google AI Ultra, its top paid plan, and ChatGPT's agent mode needs a paid plan like Plus. The four Starter Helper packs don't use any of these. You only need Grok Bot for our Grok Bot Starter Stack. (Plans as of October 2026.)
I'm not good with technology. Can I do this?
Yes! If you can copy and paste a text message, you can do this. And if you can chat, even better: you can just talk back and forth with your helper like you're texting a friend, which makes it even more helpful and easy to use.
How long does it take?
About 20 minutes to set up, then about 10 minutes a week, depending on how much you use your helper.

What format are the packs?

When can I buy?

Is my email private?
Yes. Your email is only used for the weekly newsletter. It's never sold or shared.
What about food allergies?
Your helper is told to avoid your allergy foods, but AI can make mistakes. Always check labels and use your own judgment.
